Route-group redundancy with H323 Gateway

Hi,

We are running CCM 4.1.2, with 2610XM, running 122-15.T7.bin, VWIC-1MFT-E1, AIM-VOICE.

We configured 2 route-group, 1 Route-list and Route-pattern.

When H323 Gw is down, CCM tries to go to the next RG in my RL, after the H225 TCP Timer.

When Gateway is up and Controller E1 down (Cable unplug), CCM doesn't try next RG, and call doesn't succeed.

How can I configure H323 Gw or CCM, to improve this behaviour.

Personally, I would configure only one RG with all of the possible Gateways that it can access and let the RG determine what is up and available to use.

Issue is the same when all gateways are inserted in same RG. H323 Message retruned by Gateway when E1 is down doesn't permit CCM either to go through next GW or to next RG ?

When Gateway is offline, redundancy is working fine, issue appears when E1 port is unplugged !
