i have an office in the UK and would like to be able to dial over our wan to a local number without toll charges. i set up a route list and a route pattern but when i dial the number i and getting a request for a job code which we have set up for all our circuits except London. so i know its not hitting the london ISDN line but its hitting our local circuit for long distance. i set up this route pattern 8.01144020xxxxxxxx. any help or clues as to what i am doing wrong would be appreciated. thanks

Make sure that the route pattern is in a partition accessible by the CSS of the calling device and that this partition is higher in the CSS search order than other partitions with potential route pattern matches.
Hope this helps.
