By deafult autoattendant shows the primary extension in Attendant console. Users are having 2 extension on their phone. Operator would like to see both extension and transfer the call on the second line if the first line is busy. Please advise.

Every extension that is to be used by the Attendant Console must be associated to the AC User. The association allows the Attendant Console to control the extension through CTI and for the CTI Manager to see the state of the line.

I think you took the question in the other way. I am talking about the extension seen in attendant console directory tab, where you can see the users phone status- Like i have 10 users and one of the user has extension 4010,4011. Under attensant console the phone extenion will show up only 4010(primary extnesion not 4011). I would like to see both of the extension status.

The best soltuion for this always woul be
Line 1 CFB > :Line 2
&
Line 2 CFB > VM
That way the operator does not need to have both the numbers on the AC
