I am wanting some information on configuring LEAP for a 7920. I have read through the documents but it seems like I need "a LEAP-compliant RADIUS server, such as the Cisco Access Control Server (ACS)" to do this. I want to know if there are any other LEAP-compliant RADIUS servers out there that are free such as the microsoft RADIUS service. Right now I am just doing static WEP but I would like a more secure way to set these up.

At very least, move away from WEP as it is easily cracked. While researching the issue, use WPA (or WPA with PreSharedKey) instead.

You can use local radius auth on your access points. You will have to program all the phones with the same username and passwords.

So will can I use the local radius for LEAP?

Yes.
