service manager

Hi

After restarting unity server, "Service Manager" is not started/running, i was run the following comand in order to start the service with no success.

"admin:utils service start Service Manager

Starting Service Manager..."

For some reason service is still not activate, server is stand alone server. (not Cluster). version 9.1.2.10000-28.

Please run the recovery iso now.

Hi,

This could be an issue with the file system due to an unclean shutdown or any other factor. You can try fixing the file system by downloading the recovery iso from Unity connection downloads page and see if it helps.

The utils core active list output shows there are no core dumps so that is good, however the other output shows issues with NTP apart from the service manager. Try fixing the NTP as well as it may be a cause of lot of issues related to database.
