Services softkey/hard key

Hello,

Is it possible to set a soft key or a hard key(the ones to the right of the screen) on the phones to call a custom service when pressed? If yes, is it possible to do it on a extension mobility profile?

Check out the Service URLs feature. When a Phone Button Templates includes one or more Service URLs, users can assign custom services to these buttons for fast access.

Users can subscribe services to their Service URLs using the user pages on CallManager (ccmuser).

If you are using the name=#DEVICENAME# parameter to append the phone's devicename to a service url request, note that there is a problem with this in CallManager 4.0, but it works fine in 4.1. However, changes to the Service URL don't propagate to services assigned to Service URLs, so you would need to reassign the service to the Service URL for this to take effect.
