Does anyone know of a process, or a simple way to set the Alerting name in CM4.1 = Display name/caller ID? Or perhaps a way to bulk administer this field? Let me know, and thanks!

If you are trying to send out Caller ID, then the best way to set this is on the Gateway page. That takes precedence over everything (provided nothing is being written on the link by the TELCO)
Or else, if you are using Route lists and Route Groups, you can put a Caller ID on the Route group - that takes precedence after the gateway.
