Greetings, is it possible to configure a CME system with both an ISDN and SIP connection, Using the SIP Service for the primary source of inbound and outbound calls and have CME failover to the ISDN should the IP Connection to the SIP Proxy fail?
I know this can be done with inbound presentation with ease but can the system be configured to understand where to route a call outbound in the event of an IP Link failure?

Hi,
If the dial peer that points calls towards the SIP proxy fails, the router will automatically hunt to the next best dial peer.
You can use the 'preference x' command under the dial peers to choose which dial peer will be used first. The default preference is 0.
For what it's worth, I just double checked all of this in my lab.
