I ordered our upgrades three weeks ago. SR1 was posted yesterday, 2/24. Today I called to see when I should expect to receive the upgrade and was greeted with "Oh, around May."
Seriously, May? Is there a major bug in 4.0(1) that caused it to be quietly pulled, or is it, as was suggested, a lack of media. I have a hard time swallowing the idea that Cisco cannot get enough DVD/CD/Manuals duplicated to met the demand

It is currently on a new product hold which I am told this time is translating as last minute compatibility testing/issues. Yeah...right. I have heard March but May seems just as likely. Your guess is a good as anyone's not on the inside at Cisco.

The CallManager 4.0 FAQ explains that the product is on "New Product Hold".
