Softphone - Personnal Directory

Hello, I would like to know where the Cisco Softphone Personnal Directory is located.

Some users have changed their laptop and Cisco Softphone has been reinstall on their new laptop. They would like to keep their Personnal Directory. What file I have to copy on their new laptop?
