Can anyone recommend documentation on TTY use in VOIP solution?? I.E.Hardware/QoS configuration?? Anything would help.

Hi Allan ... check out the links attached below. They should give you all the information you need to know regarding TTY/TDD connectivity in VoIP solutions.In most cases you would just need to supply an Analog line or phone with CSS access to the TTY/TDD Relay Operator in your area, that would connect directly to the TTY/TDD device or perhaps an "acoustic coupler".
