I had CCM 3.2(2c) up and running without any problems. I have a couple of sofphones up and running also. Installation of AA Extended Services in CCM Server for any reason broke my softphone communication. For example I start my softphone app. the app show the line and after I select the line it shows Out of Service. IF I removed IP AA from the CCM Server then the softphones start working again. I have look at CCO for any problem regarding this scenario but no luck yet.
I tried different TSP versions and it didn't work also.
If anyone has had the same problem and found a solution please let me know ASAP.
