In the document 51361 posted on May 4th, Cisco only provide solution to MCS server which is to upgrade OS to 2000.2.6 on CCM and to apply MS04-011 on Unity.

But nothing for ICS 7750 SPE, actually 2000.2.6 is not supported by ICS at this time.

Can i just apply the MS04-011 to all SPE(CallManager and Unity) cards on ICS? Is that the idea?

I have already installed 2000.2.6 on our ICS7750 and all is running great. Ran into one problem with the IUSR account but that got fixed within the hour following. What document did you see that showed the ICS7750 was no supported under 2000.2.6?

As for running MS04-011 on Unity, yes you can. My SE sent me a document stating just that.

What was the problem with the iusr account?

I noticed that I could not install bars 4.0(x), but I could install MCS backup 3.5, but other than that everything is running fine.

The Release do indicate that it is not supported, but it does not say why.
