One of our users allows people to submit jpg files for display. About every 10th file appears ok in preview but is black on sign, and looks like broken link. All the files are smaller than 1Mb, and are 8 bit or 16 bit. Any suggestions?

We've had the problem that sometimes the image files are corrupted, and need to be opened in an image editor and resaved, and then re-posted. Even though they might appear ok in a regular web browser, they might not always turn out ok in the DMP browser. Are the same images always broken, or is there no apparent rhyme or reason?

Thanks, Michael. Corruption may be the problem, given that they are using files that other people have sent to them. It's the same images that are always broken.

I should have included that info in the initial message. It's a 4400.

If the files are CMYK instead of RGB they will not display.
