I have some users that are having a problem during conference calls. When they are using the speakerphone option, to eliminate the background noise they mute the call. After a period of time, nothing comes through the speaker but the call is still active and they can pick up the handset and all is fine. We are running 3.2.2c
Any help would be great.

How long did you put it on mute? I tested it for 5 minutes and I didnt face this issue.

What set is this occuring on? What load?

It happens on both 7940 and 7960 phones. Phone load is P00303020214. Time on conference calls vary. One user was on for around 20 minutes or so.

Same problem here, but we get disconnected in as little as 60 seconds. Both systems are ICS-7750 and I cannot reproduce this on my Compaq-based system.
Phone AppLoads are P00303020204 & P00303020214.
CM Ver is 3.2(2c) on both systems
Phones are 7940 & 7960.
