Hi,
I ran the SQL2K-ServicePack3.1-0-5.exe on a subscriber 3.3(3) and now I know that I wasn't supposed to do that. But having done so, how do I "undo" or "uninstall" ? Running the upgrade caused the subscriber to shutdown and all the services are now disabled. How can I recover from this ? Any ideas? Thanks.

You can try to find the uninstall option either in Add/Remove programs or in the Programs->SQL Server Menu. If you dont find there, then you may not be able to uninstall it that way. YOu may have to re-image the CCM itself.

This is from the servicePack ReadMe file:
Uninstalling SQL 2000 Service Pack 3a
Microsoft does not provide an automated process to uninstall any SQL service packs. The only way to go back to SQL 2000 Service Pack 2 is to rebuild the server, reinstall CallManager, and restore the database.
We have learned the hard way to ALWAYS read those notes, or at least scan them...

Fortunately,
We looked into the log file and enabled all the services in the order they were disabled, rebooted and everything is now ok. Thanks!
