SRST default-destination does not work

The SRST admin document says:During CallManger fallback, all calls to phones not in fallback mode will be routed to default destination. However, i cannot make it work.

The 3725 rotuer config is like:

call-manager-fallback

ip source-address 10.10.10.1 port 2000

max-ephones 1

max-dn 10

dialplan-pattern 1 9022... extension-length 4

default-destination 2000

Two CCM 7960 phones (2000 and 2001) fallback to the SRST. Phone 2000 is registered while 2001 is rejected because of the max-ephones=1.

When dialing 9022000 through the T1 Pri PSTN interface, phone 2000 rings.

When dialing 9022001, get busy signal. I was expecting to connect to the default-destination 2000.

When dialing 9022002, also get busy signal.

Hello,

default-destination command works only for the calls where there is no caller id delivered which means it works only for FXO trunks and not PRI.How ever you can achive the same for PRI using alias command which is as follows.

alias 1 2001 to 2000.

This should take care of the problem.

Thanks,

Radhika
