SRST, phones ring after call picked up

Hi,

Having issue with SRST setup since install (12.3(11)T, same with 12.3(8)T) and when phones in fallback, a phone that picks up inbound call continues to ring after the call is answered. The handset is offhook and people talking fine but the phone continues to ring.

Anyone seen this? I've done a bug search and the config is pretty basic.

Try a phone load upgrade. SRST behaviour is also determined by the phone load, so if you have done IOS upgrade and found no bugs, try the phone load upgrade before going to TAC.
