i have a scenario where i have HQ with call Manager installed with the IP address ( 10.10.10.10/24 )  connected to HQ gateway ( HQ-GW) with the ip address 10.10.10.1/24 , the HQ is connected to BR1 Router ( BR1-R) with the IP address 20.20.20.1 , i need to configure on BR1 router SRST

there is WAN connectivity between HQ and BR1 , i dont need to enable MGCP - fall back , i need only SRST , i dont have PSTN at Barnch.

please check the attached for more info.

So, what's your problem?? Simply configure SRST on the ISR for phones to register, and create the SRST reference for the phones at that location.

There's nothing special about what you're asking, you'll only have phones registered to the ISR making phones between them?? simply configure SRST, the MGCP fallback or H.323 is if you also want to have phones making outbound TDM calls, but it's not mandatory.

Dude,

why do you require SRST on your site BR1, if " i dont have PSTN at Barnch.". ??  which seems to be backed up by your attached network diagram.

this doesnt make sense. what are you trying to achieve configuring SRST, if there is no PSTN at the branch?

yeah OK, in that case, just configure, call-manager-fallback,   and also make sure you add an SRST reference in call manager, with the IP address of the SRST router at the branch.

I will not do the hard yards for you, as there is plenty of docco on how to configure SRST

good luck

I am assuming you just need the phone to register with the local router and be able to dial internally.

Setup SRST reference as Br1 on the remote site DP.

On the router simply configure:

call-manager-fallback

max-phones

max-dn
