Standard or multi Base station for head phones

We are planning to buy wireless headset but found standard and multi base models in data sheet. whats the difference.

Hope you are looking for 500 series head phones 

All features on base models Is available with multi base in addition it can Simultaneously connect to multiple physical and Bluetooth sources. Select a connection with the source selector buttons on the base station.

It pretty clearly mentioned in the data sheet.
