One of our receptionists is getting the following message when she logs in:
"Operator terminal is up. Please relogin if your device configuration has changed"
What does this mean and how do you make it go away?
We're runnning callmanager 3.3(4)sr2

I have seen this message appear if the phone unregisters and re-registers with CCM. Enable tracing on the Advnced tab of the login prompt and look at the acclient.txt file to see if there are any communications issues.

I've seen this message recently whilst testing in my lab - it happens whenever a phone is reset or reregisters.
I think Cisco's intention is to prompt the attendant to shut down the console and open it again to get updated line info etc, as control of the phone comes back automatically but additional lines etc. don't appear.
If no one was resetting phones at the time then there is likely some network issue or something causing the phone to reregister or fail over to secondary CM.

I thought initially that it had to be the phone resetting ... but it happens only when the attendant console is started and the phone doesn't appear to reset or re-register.
