Subscriber extension prepend

Folks,

I have 2 phones registered to the same callmanager. I want 8 prepended to the calling party number in missed calls or received calls on my IP Phone. So i went to callmanager services and entered 8 in the subscriber extension prepend field. But the phone number still comes up without the leading 8. I even rebooted the callmanager, but, no luck?

Am i missing something?

That would work only for incoming PSTN calls tagged as a "Subscriber" call under Type/plan in called party number.

You need to create a TP that prepends the 8

Take into account partitions and CSS.

This might affect your environment (ie VM system)
