Hi,
We're building a VoIP network using CCM; however, after some deployment, we constantly unable to complete calls due to T303 or capability exchange timeout. Does anyone have any idea on why this is happening and how we can fix this?

Increase the MediaExchangeTimeout and MediaExchangeInterfaceCapsTimeout service parameters in CCMAdmin.

I will try that also. Also a side note, does changing service paramenters requires restarting CCM?
I am acutally receiving this error message on the originating H323 gateway. The terminating gateway was sent a "release complete" message from CCM.
It seems CCM is having problem passing on the capabilities to originating H323 gateway. Any ideas?
