CRS 4.0 can work with callmanager 4.1.3sr2, but when I tried to configure the application and input the script (taps.aef), got error message " couldn't find the script..."
Do you have Extended Services installed? else you need to go to CCO and install Extended Services 3.5(3) which is compatible with CM 4.1.3 server. You can check that again in the Compatibility Matrix. Go here and download cm-es-ffr.3-5-3.exe and also in the same page there is OS hotfix which needs to be installed, please read the readme files before you anything.
