when i try to enter Serial number i got this MSG in https://be4000.cisco.com/deploy/CloudMobile_Main.php

 

This device was not found in the device mapping table.

 

How i can solve this prob to deploy configuration

Open up a TAC case. The S/N seems to be missing from the DB.
