Transfer Button doesn't work properly in softphone

We have the problem where the transfer button in SOftphone. If you try to trnasfer the call ,the user still can hear you." Normally once you hit the transfer button,the user should be put on hold-but it does not , second when you dial the number you can't announce the call ,as soon as you hit the transfer button the call is transfered."

For the first issue, I think that's just the way Softphone works during a direct transfer. For the second, you're performing a direct transfer rather than a consult transfer, which is what everybody's used to doing on hardware IP phones.
