Transferring to Voice Mail

Can some provide the solutions to transfer the calls directly to voice mail from the IP phone? I would like user to see the incoming call and the send the call to his voice mail without going through answering the call. He should be able to send call using a softkey on his ip phone. I don't want first to take call and than dial the his phone number and blind transfer to voice mail instead using a key and transfe to voicemail.

If you have CCM 4.0 or 4.1 you can use the Immediate Divert option. This URL describes enabling the iDivert button:
