Is there a way to send a call directly back to CallManager from an H.323 gateway without having it hit the PSTN?
I am trying to get the call to appear like a new call to CallManager to get around the fact that when you forward a call to another extension, it hits Unity with the original extensions info.
What I am trying to do is send the call from CallManager to the gateway with a route pattern, then send it back to CM just using dial-peers on the router.
This would save PRI channels, since the call would not hit the PSTN.
I am not sure if it is possible though, has anyone tried it?
Thanks

As far as I know the GW won't hairpin VOIP calls like that.

This feature is supposed to be enabled on IPIPGW feature enabled routers. Try this,
voice service voip
allow h323 to h323
redirect ip2ip
Try this and see if it works.
