If the email is from an account within the Domain the RealSpeak TTS will read who sent the message, but if the email is from an outside source it does not notify with the recipients name. Is this an option?
I also am getting instances where the system prompts will periodically garble. I can not pinpoint one particular prompt, I can only say that it happens and I am having problems troubleshooting it. Can you help?
Thanks

The sender's name will only be played if they are a Unity subscriber... it doesn't have anything to do with them being an account within the domain or not. Currently Unity wont TTS the sender's name (or email address), although that's on the queue of things to look at.

As for the garbled prompts, see this defect to see if this might be the cause:
Playback of system prompts & V-mail sounds robotic to outside caller
