UC500 vs 1861

Can someone help me out with this. What is the difference between a UC500 and a 1861 ? Is the 1861 considered to be a traditional ISR ? or a product in the SBCS ? From product description it describes the 1861 being able to SRST but UC500 does not.. are there other differences?

I think Cisco is making this confusing ;)

In short, the 1861 is a full-featured router, the UC500 is not. Check:

just to add something as well in summary

1861 - 8 users, comes either SRST or CME- marketed as a router and is able to integrate (SRST or CME/SRST) with CCM

UC500- 8-48 Users according to bundle. Not marketed as a router.Not able to directly integrate to CCM as opposed to the above.

UC500 - True, you cannot integrate as SRST. All other types of integrations to CM are OK and supported.
