I do not think this possible.

You need to do fresh installation.

No never even a rebuilt will not allow you to make the subscriber/secondary node to Primary/Publisher in an existing HA cluster. If you are going for a rebuilt, then you will need to rebuilt both the servers and then choose the primary and secondary accordingly.
