an authentication box pop up, asking me to enter usr account, password, domain.
After entering the information, the authentication box still come up.
I have added the usr in callmanger and associated it with a IP phone.

Have you tried this localy in the Call Manager console?
Do you have any proxy?
From all computers the same?
The CCM in the same subnet?

hm, you shouldn't get a pop up box for the ccmuser pages!
just a logon page with 2 fields (UserID & psw)
So I reckon you should have a look at your IIS ccmuser virtual directory authentication details.
It should have anonymous access, and not integrated windows authentication.

I checked my IIS ccmuser virtual directory authentication, and enabled the anonymous access,not
integrated windows authentication, and restarted IIS service, but there are still 3 fields(user name, password, domain). so strange.
Do I need to edit the account for anonymous access?
