Unable to add userid as number in Unity express

I could not add userid in Unity express 2.1 as the phone extension or using number. I have to add it using alphabet only. The error I am getting on Internet explorer complaining about invalid grammar. Any ideas.

From documentation, it looks like User ID should be atleast 3 characters <32, and can use letters, numbers and some special characters like _, dot or dash.

Is the number you are using, have atleast 3 digits ? If this is not working, why dont you try using a user name "UserABCD" where ABCD = the number you want to configure.
