Hi
We have Unity 3.1-3a and we have this one user who is unable to retrieve the Voice Mail on his PC.All his Viewmail settings are the same as the others. When he plays a Voicemail on his PC,the icon moves just like normal but no audio is heard. The Volume has been set to the maximum on the PC.
Any thoughts.
Thanks
Anu

Are you playing through the speakers on the PC or over the phone via TRAP? I'm guessing through the speakers... if so, can you try it via TRAP? If the slider bar is moving and all the settings are the same it's gotta be something to do with the local PC sound card/driver configuration of some sort... is this workstation any different than the others in that regard?

We are playing the messages on the PC.We can retrieve it on the phone with no problem. This workstation is same as the others in the network. The other audio files are running fine and can be heard fine on the speakers.Only the Unity Voicemail messages cannot be heard.
Thanks

What if you copy the WAV file to the local desktop and then play it from there using another media application? Anything unusual about the codec you're recording in (i.e. is it something besides G711)?
