Hello Support Team,
There is a problem with Jabber Android mobile, everything works well with phone services, instant messaging and voicemail when we log into the jabber account, but the only problem is unable to connect Directory account via VPN connectivity
Users can see the directory information through corporate network, but for some reason they can’t search directory information via VPN
Can anyone guide me the right way ?

Check if traffic from VPN clients to the LDAP server is allowed to traverse your firewall.
