WHEN TRYING TO TRANSFER CALLS GETTING A MESSAGE ON THE DISPLAY SAYING "NOT ENOUGH BANDWIDTH". UNABLE TO TRANSFER ANY CALLS.
ANY IDEAS AS TO WHY THIS IS HAPPENING.

check your locations in CM. You probably are using locations based CAC and have run out of calculated bandwidth. g711ulaw reserves 80k per call where as g729 reserves 24k per call
