Hello all ,
When I receive calls from pstn to DN that not exists in CUCM ,
The call takes a long time to disconnect
i Hear silence and after 40 second the calls disconnect
the protocol between CUCM and gateway H323
any idea?

I assume that the call manger might be playing the announcement that “Your call cannot be completed as dialed please consult your directory” and the call is disconnecting
but the pstn side caller is not hearing that.

Can you post or PM a CUCM trace file that includes an inbound call to an unallocated number? That will tell us what CUCM is doing with the call and what signaling is being attempted.
