Unified business attendant console (ARC Express?)

Does anyone have experience with the buissness attendant console? is there any reporting/call logging available using this product or do you require third party Call logging software to extract CDR?

The number of calls can be provided by running a traffic report on the Attendant console using the CAR tool.

Agreed - to clarify, Arc Express is a separate product made purely for the CallManager Express, whilst CUBAC is for the CallManager platform...

As the previous poster said, there is no specific reporting available with CUBAC - you would need to use the CDR's that are generated from the CCM.

If you did require more "Operator specific" reporting information, then you would be looking at Arc Enterprise, which can provide this functionality
