Unity 4.0 and VPIM with BCM

We are able to send a message to BCM, however, when we reply back we get a ndr saying that there is no matching subscriber, even though there is. It had worked before so we're thinking it's something else.

Are you sure the mail is getting to an Exchange server which has the Sink installed? If you are getting that far is it getting converted to IMCEA format by the Sink for routing to the Voice Gateway Connector?
