In Unity I have a call handler that is the main greeting for an office. If the call presses one, it transfers them to a new call handler that promts them to enterthe extension of the person they are trying to reach. If the extension is valid, it transfers without a problem. My problem is when the extension does not exists. The Unity system voice comes on saying that it is an invalid extension and then goes to the default opening greeting. How do I make it that it re-prompts the caller to enter an extension and not go to the default greeting? I hope this makes sense what I am trying to do.
Thanks,
Scott

Hi Scott,
You need to use the ATM (Audio Text Manager) located under Cisco Unity Tools Depot, select the CallHandler and look for the Error Greeting option.
You can select that instead of going to the Opening Greeting returns to your CH Greeting.
There is a registry key under Advanced Settings Tool that will allow you to enable this option under SA Web.

Gonzalo,
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! That was perfect! I should have looked at the tools depot more closely, but sometimes it hard to figure out which to choose to do what you want it to.
Again, thank you for your quick response and assistance.
Scott
