User wanted to access their Voice Messages store on Cisco Unity Connection.
We have provide them one solution where user can open the link http://xxxxx/inbox ; link and put the extension number & password to see their Voice Message.
But this solution is working fine within the Network but not with the outside network . To access the above path from outside of LAN, Security Certificate is required.
We have upload Wildcard.pfx on Cisco Unity connection under OS administrator but unfortunate file is not been uploading .
Please help us to resolve this problem.

Wildcards are not supported with the Cisco voice products. Cant you use Single inbox functionality to achieve this rather than opening Unity to the outside world?

tried with single inbox , issue is when mail sent to outside world security team has blocked .wav file extensions , if they unblock also is it possible to change the content of mail which unity sends . or is there any other way to check voice mails from outside world .

You could simply set a DN they could dial externally, and sign into their mailbox.
