I probally missed a simple step in the install, but I can't figure out what. We have 2 Unity 3.1.5 UM Servers hooked to NEC Elite 192 Key systems. The first system we installed went fine and the MWI's work as expected. On the second system the install seemed to go fine, but when I go to the Switch page in SA, the settings for Switch has no hyperlink. Only the IP Switch page is hyperlinked. If I use the "Edit Switch Utility" in tools depot, the settings are there, but when I go to the Switch page in SA, they appear under IP Switch with no MWI Settings. The only other obvious difference I can see is when I look at the Licensed Features, it shows mapi, not Dual Integration. Is this a problem with licensing or the way I installed something? Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like you've done things correctly and it's licensing issue. The SA is doing strange things on that one system because of the "Integration bit" on the system key. Let us know if that second system (the one with the goofy switch page) is having MWI problems, and we can try to get it fixed up. I'm not exactly sure to whom I should point you to get the licensing stuff resolved, but my first guess is TAC.

I been asked to integrate Unity in dual switch mode to an existing NEC Elite 192. Did you use analog integration to the Elite 192? The Elite normally uses DTMF though the analog ports to do MWI. Does MWI work with out that or did you have to add a serial card of some type to send signalling for MWI? Any help would be appreciated.
