Can you change a notification device phone number via a telephone ?

you can change the "base 4 devices" over the phone. These include the Home Phone, Work Phone, Pager Phone and Spare Phone delivery devices... the remaining delivery devices can only be edited via the SA or AA interfaces via the web.
