Unity port lockup

I have Unity 3.15 with TSP version 6.0.2b. Call Manager is version 3.2.2c. Port 2 has been locked up for over 200 minutes. I have attempted to reset port from Port Monitor but the port continues to stay busy. I also attempted to reset the TSP but the port still continued to be busy. Is there anyother way to get this port unlocked without having to restart Unity?

It depends on how the port was locked. If TTS locked the port than you can restart the AvTtsSvr service. If that doesn't free it up you will need to bounce Unity. Also, if port 2 is still registered and causing Call Forward No Answer (CFNA) to occur, you should upgrade to TSP 7.0(1) or later. It has new logic which will avoid that type of situation but the upgrade requires a reboot of course.
