Does anyone know how to make the Unity web administration tool, ie. http://unityservername/web/sa more stable? Our keeps failing every other time. For instance, everything would be working OK and then I woul select Subscriber Template and the new screen would come up with an HTML error of some sort. This happens randomly across screens and across different times I've used the web administration.
I don't have a similar problem with any of the other web admin sites for any of the other cisco IPT products.
Best results I've had have been with IE 5.5 SP2, which is what ships with the version of Unity I have. Using IE 5.0, the config screens come up, but there's never any data in the fields. What version of IE, or other, are you using?
