upgrade ATA186 image from SIP to MGCP

Tried to upgrade ATA186 image from SIP to MGCP:

SIP : v2.16.2 ata18x(Build 030829a)

MGCP: ATA030000MGCP031210A.zup

MGCP: ATA030101MGCP040629A.zup

But all failed at no known reason.

Also tried upgrading to the following SIP images, all failed as well:

SIP: ATA030000SIP031210A.zup

SIP: ATA030101SIP040629A.zup

Not sure where is the problem, any clue will be greatly appreciate.
