Upgrade CCM 3.3.3sr4a to CCM 4.0.1 problem.

Hi.

i try upgrade publisher to 4.0.1

after start setup have message box:

"Cisco CallManager

MsiOpenDatabase:Return Code: 110:The system cannot open the device or file specified."

Any Ideas ?

are you installing from the console, VNC or Term Service?

Make sure you are not using Term Service and that there are no open term service connections. You may want ot reboot the server before running setup just to make sure.

install attempt making immedatly after reboot server from console.

tomorow i check install without running terminal service.

Did you run the Upgrade Assistant Utility???

This is in the install log:

looks like there is an issue with reading the CD. What platform do you have? Is CD that is insered into the drive actually a DVD?
