Upgrade Cisco Unified Operation Manager to Cisco Prime Collaboration.

Hi,

Request to please provide some documentation on upgrade CUOM 8.7 to Cisco Prime Collaboration 10.5, I did not find any upgradation and compatibility matrix on Cisco site, also, what is the differences in features between version 8.7 to 10.5.

Hi Navinder,

What I suppose u need to migrate from 8.7 to 9.0, then , 9.0 to 9.5 and then, finally to 10.5?

from 9.0 to 10.5 upgrade is not supported. You need to upgrade to 9.5 then, go to 10.5 or 10.5.1
