upgrade Problem with the SQL 2000 Sp3a

Hi ,

I try to patche my SQL Server to sp3a but I always receive the error message :

" SQL 2000 Service Pack 3a(1-0-4)

A Microsoft SQL Service Pack error has occurred. Please reboot and reapply this Service Pack. This could take multiple attempts.

For additional information please review the Troubleshooting section of SQL2K-ServicePack3.1-0-4Readme.htm "

I have rebooted twice my CCM and I have done twice the operation but each time this upgrade takes +- 1 hour ( Normally , it must take 20 minutes )

Have someone one idea ???

You can install Service Pack 3a after you apply MS02-061, but do not run SQL2K-MS02-061

after you install SQL 2000 Service Pack 3a. SQL2K-MS02-061 replaces files that are installed with

Service Pack 3a and could cause the Cisco CallManager server to become unstable.

So you can first install the CCM 3.3(2) and then SQL Server 2000 Service Pack 3a -

(SQL2K-ServicePack3.1-0-4.exe) and then CCM 3.3(2) ES 36 if you have this S/w.
