All phones keep rebooting and the CPU on the callmanger is running at over 80%. What traces can do to see what is causing the phones to reboot?
Thanks

open taskmanager and see what is causing the cpu to spike - this is probably related to the phone issue
what do u mean by rebooting? do the phones ever register then unregister or are they stuck trying to look for a callmanager.
If the issue doesn't clear up soon, I'd suggest calling tac.

Thanks for your help.
on the taskmanager, sqlserver . ccm.exe and cTI manager are using most of the CPU. The phones are just restarting (not re-registering) on my ip communicator it says "High traffic"
There are over 1000 phones here and they are all on 1 voice vlan

Hi, have you tryed to stop and start the ccm services, f.ex tftp etc ?
You will probably se a lot of "device unregistered" in event viewer, but is there any other events of interrest ?
Perhaps you have found a solution on this by now ?

Did you ever find a cause/resolution to this, we are experiencing the same issues and are not able to determine the problem as of yet...
